Funding

We can only do what we do because of the generosity of our funders and people like you.

Looking to donate financially?

You can help us continue to provide much-needed items by making a donation, ideally with Gift Aid. Even small amounts will help us to continue our valuable work.

For instance…

£5 will provide a T-shirt
£10 will provide a pair of trainers
£20 will provide mobile phone top-up for one month
£40 will provide 2 people with unlimited data for a month

You can donate to us online by the following links:

“This is a real game changer for me, I'm really, really grateful to get on the internet, to read my emails, do my writing. You people are really making a difference, when you're in this system, when you've been in detention, you get a very bad mind towards the government and it starts to fester and you feel like the whole country is against you. It's the support of people like you that shifts that and I know there are good people out there.  If it wasn't for the NGOs I would have hanged myself by now. I really, really appreciate it.”

Device bank

Life after detention can be very challenging. With only a basic mobile phone and no access to the internet, people find it difficult to contact loved ones, solicitors and other sources of help. This adds to their isolation and loneliness.

Working with schools in the Bedford area, we are gathering and repurposing second-hand smartphones (no older than iPhone 6 or similar), tablets and laptops. Contact the team on how to donate.
